change cleanse for smite and start with vampiric scepter and then start on wolfs and then you go to the small nocturnes and you smite the biggest one and then you go and get golems and go base and then you get red and when you go to get blue make sure you let your mid have it and then you just go were you can jungle by your self but dont gank before you have lvl 4 or 6

you shut not play to agressive until you have lvl 4or6 or when you have zeal and try to last hit minions as much as you can but not so you can die and when teamfights start dont go in first and just remember not to focus tank and when you get in to the team fight click W right away and if you turrent dive dont heal and ulti always ulti and heal

you can pick Q or E first but i just always pick Q first but you can go with W to 5 before E if you are against an another ad champion that does a lot of damage like kog maw and graves and or vayne

with this items you can take damage and not have to ulti like 1 sec in the team fight but if you have a proplome with tanks you shut take Last Wispher or blood razor but if you finish your build you can sell bots and get another Phantom Dancer and then get Elixers but if they have kog maw or vayne then dont get warmongs and atmas then you should get last whisper and and gardian angel

you shut not buy anyother runes becose he needs crit and armor pen so that is why i choose these runs

i made tankmere becose i was so mad by being focust and hafe to run away but i just thougt that if gankplank can own like this why cant tryndamere so that is why i made this build
