Static shiv is best used with 100 or full charge, then Wuju style then alpha strike to target. Most important is to have yi's seventh strike up

Honestly, this is an epic build for master yi. Starting with Doran's ring makes his alpha strike excellent for Q farming in lane. and once you build and Avrice blade you continue to stack gold. The Static Shiv combined with his passive and his e maximize his damage. without runes you can do about 700 damage early game which is quite deadly. Great build! please make more! The new Yi is here to stay!
