Skarner Guide
The New Skarner - Rework Patch 4.2 - Quick Guide
There is no need for 5 builds. 3 is the max for Skarner and that's only if your doing a Tank, AP Tank and Top/Fighter builds. Instead of making many different build, try making multiple item tabs in the Item section of the build. So you have a place for situational items, enchantements, boots etc.
In addition you need to make major structural reforms to the guide. There is a lot of content that is missing.
