Mordekaiser Ulti + Exhaust + Red smite = The Tripple Cripple
This build specialises in dualing and raking in shutdown bonusses.
Getting hit by the Tripple Cripple can feel really unfair. No matter how fed you are, the Tripple Cripple has a chance of taking you down.
I take Riftmaker + Conqueror + Triumph + Taste of blood + Ravenous hunter, for sustain and extra dualing power.
Ionian boots of Lucidity, to get more Exhausts + Red smites + Ulti's. More Tripple Cripples.
Nashors tooth, to beat the living **** out of people after using Red Smite. Also provides a solid way of triggering your passive even if you whiff all your abilities.
Mordekaiser gets countered insanely hard by Quicksilver sashes so press Tab from time to time to keep tabs on your enemies. If enemies build Quicksilver sashes, either respond by focussing other enemies, or by baiting out enemies Quicksilver sashes with your ulti, and then you still have the Exhaust + Red smite to take 'em down.
