Morde is used mainly as a tank or maybe just a tanky damage dealer but I have never seen a strong damage mordekaiser. My build is not for just copying but as a base for beginners or even a set level for advanced players who can take it and adjust it for their needs. This is my first build so feedback would be nice and keep in mind i am a noob at describing. Morde may have been nerfed with his shield but with the spell vamp he can still be one of the best champions. The shield is not necessarily for spamming but for not dying early game since it eats away at your hp with abilities. The spell vamp personally is necessary to make up for the health being used with your abilities but at the same time it won't heal you much with the cost of hp. Spell Vamp runes have come out recently and you may want to get them which may or may not be your preference.(I don't get them because of the cost of them) This is my description and pleas vote for the best whether it sucks or rocks hard core.
