My Jarvan Build
For the runes I believe you need mana regen. It is a must on any mana player. Why waste a spell on clarity when you can have something more usefull? With mana regeneration runes you never run out of mana for long. The other runes I just chose health for the early game (you become really hard to kill). I also chose attack damage quints for the scaling on your q and ult. Also you get a bit of cooldown reduction with your runes.
This is my favorite part to type. I am not sure how to get the pictures, but here it is. Most champions in league of legends deal some kind of magic damage. I find early game magic damage hurts the most, more mid game. So hexdrinker is my solution. If you are not so sure you can do well with this build get teh null-magic mantle. If you believe in your skills, good! Get a long sword. Once you finish the hexdrinker, this amazing item gives you a shield that turns on if you are to recieve magic damage that will take you to less that 30% health and blocks 300 magic damage, start the mercury treads. These are good for stuns, slows, silences, etc. and give you early magic resist. By now this is probably starting to get boring. Sorry. But I usually get wardens mail starting with the armor. Then a negatron cloak. you should be pretty hard to kill. Always use your W ability when in fights it works well with hexdrinker and gives a nice slow. Next get a phage for a slow, attack damage, and health the enemy can beat at before he or she dies. Once you have phage finish your randuins omen. You should use the unique active of this with your W ability. They work really well together for a super slow! Next finish your frozen mallet for an insane health boost. I don't get this before force of nature because the health regain does not do much without a lot of health. Next finish, if somehow the game is still going, your force of nature. As the last item you have about 3k health so you should get atma's impailer. This gives you armor, damage, and critical strike.
