well tf is one of the most great champs in lol.the great thing about him is that he can be builded in many ways(ap,haybrid,dps) i personal like dps best dmg at all in this i am going to focus on dps tf .

*masteries
well i go for simple dps masterie tree 21/0/9

*runes
after doing some work with tf and trying to find best runes for him i decided to pick all primary runes i picked armor pentraton becouse its give u nice dmg in early game u can try to change it with runes for ad/as .. so for seal i set runes for armor in case u have some some dps in mid like cait or u can change it for dodge runes thez are great2 becosue u dont have masteries at defense tree ..now glyph runes well i chose cd runes they give u some nice cd for our (w) and finly quints well i took some nice armor pentration so u have 24.93 at early game really nice isnt it?

*items
well u grab doran blade for nice laneing and exra hp/ad/lifesteal wich is very nice thenu go for bersek boots after that u finish your sword of divine and start grabing kills so nice tehn u should start building zour main wapone black clevear(always 1st bf sword ) tf loves items like madred ,b clevear,(on hit items ) after u builde bc buz vampiric for nice lifesteal the finish bloodthister (always try to kill creeps so u stack bloodthister)the fiins of madred b 6 item is your choice .
