Pantheon is an AD/Tank champion who has abilities which are perfect for combinations but they aren't dealing a lot of damage. His ult is often used for fast transport and rarely has a chance to deal damage to an enemy. If you build and play your champion right your enemies will be dying in your feet. But if you can't earn enough money even for the 1-st 4 items- you will spent your day in the respawn zone waiting to revive.

For Pantheon's build I start with the Movement Speed items like Berserker's Greeves. Then I buy AD items(attack damage, attack speed and critical chance) so I take The Bloodthirster, Infinity Edge and Phantom Dancer. I take these 4 items for all AD champions like Master Yi, Xin Zhao,Garen and Tryndamere. Then I take Tank items like Warmog Armor, Guardian's Angel, Thornmail and Frozen Mallet. It depends on that against which champions do you play. If you play against champions which damage depends mostly on their basic attacks like Ashe And Master Yi you should buy Thornmail because of its effect. If the battle contains mostly team battles you should take Guardian's angel and you will have a chance to survive and take some kills.

For first ability I choose Heartseeker Strike(HS)-E- because it does a lot of damage early game. Second I choose Aegis of Zeonia(AoZ)-W- because it combines pretty well with HS. You wait your enemy, when he gets close you jump and stun him, then you cast HS. You hit him once or twice and then yoy cast Throw Spear(TS)-Q- which is my third choice. It often works early game but late game you have to do your combo twice. Pantheon's ultimate-Grand Skyfall(GS)-R- is very dificult to use bacause of its time of casting. Thats why is often used for fast transport on the map. Make sure that no one can gank you when you land.

For Summoner Spells I choose heal and Ignite. Heal is helpful in team battles and 1v1 battle. Ignite helps you at the end of your kill and often works against luckers. But if the enemy survives the Ignite it means his luck is unbeatable.
