Why would I go 9/21/0 when I dont get the gold masteries and if you have ever played support properly you can't afford some luxury items like statikk shiv.

I actually haven't taken any farm with this build so far from my adc, I've been able to get most of my items on assists and mainly just harass their adc while my adc farms. Just cause it's against meta doesn't mean it doesn't work.
