Items
I think you should buy the boots at the beginning, because Tristana, has not much health. so you can run away, if your enemies attack you.
Vampiric Scepter:
You don't have to buy the Vampiric Scepter, sometimes (for example when you play with a tank)
it's not necessary, beacause the tank has enough health.
Executioners Calling:
It's not necessary too, but helpful.
Pickaxe, B.F. Sword:
You only have to buy them beacause of the Infinity Edge.
And the other items are only there, to deal more damage
