Olaf is a badass, play him like a badass, you won't die, laugh at them while they do their attacks at you and nothing happens, HE IS A VIKING, MAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT!!

Laning

Attack them if they get close :D

Team fight

Run in them and spam your E, let the rest of the team do a ****load of damage and stuff.
Use Ragnarok for armor/magic resistance or to escape heavy stuns.

Abilities

Undertow: Almost never use this, f*ck this sh!t you don't need this, just use this for slow.
Vicious Strikes: this will heal you, give you damage, spell vamp, lifesteal, use this before you use your E.
Reckless swing: THIS IS F*CKING PRO DUDE YOU DEAL 340 DAMAGE AND 134 TO YOURSELF, AND YOU'RE TANKY AS HELL!!! OMG TROLAF SO OP <¤>¿<¤>

RAKNAROK: Escape stuns, passive armor pen, armor/magic resistance BEAST!!!
