TROLLS ONLY!!!
THIS IS NOT A VERY IMPORTANT GUIDE NOR IS IT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY!!!!
now that we have that out of the way it's time to discuss troll Veigar
(also i will be updating this as needed so if you see something that could use improvement just comment)
Pros / Cons
PROS
Fast attack speed
fun to play
hilarious kills
cons
low health
low mana pool
your team might get angry
Masteries
since this is first and for-most a troll/dps guide i choose 22/0/8 while this might seem like an odd combo it is actually pretty useful
Summary
please remember this is a troll build so be nice and have a great day :) also and rather unfortunate (or is it?) once you start troll veigar you can't stop
results
sadly (i think) this build does work O.o first game 13/11/14 against bots second 6/4/11 normal game so this is a viable build both my team and the other always laugh at the end of it so.....enjoy your trollin
