Introduction
I go with Armor Penetration marks so my Rabid Bite will do as much damage as possible, and so my auto-attacks hurt just that much more. Dodge seals work well with the Nimbleness mastery to give you that little burst of speed while jungling or in team fights. You could substitute flat armor seals if you prefer those. Scaling Magic Resist glyphs help negate damage done by annoying casters late game. Flat CDR glyphs work just as well, but make him slighly less tanky. I believe the flat health quints are the only way to go. You can always change the runes to suit your needs.
Putting 20 into the defensive tree will make you as tanky as possible, while retaining the increases buff duration which allows you to spam your sklls so much more. If you are running the dodge seals make sure to get the point in Nimbleness. Also be sure to put two points into the increased buff duration. If you want to seriously tank, put the last point into the defensive tree, but you will have to get golem more often.
Start out with a cloth armor and five health potions. Start over at blue and do the basic blue, wolves, wraiths, red, double golems jungle path. From there you can choose to continue jungling or preferably gank. Ideally you want to recall with 1050 gold. This allows you to buy basic boots and build Madred's Razor. From here grab either blue buff if they're up, or go from lane to lane giving the opposing team a hard time. You can even mess around with the other jungler if you know where they are. The next two items you will buy are Wriggle's Lantern and Mercury Treads. Wriggle's allows you to easily solo dragon if you have blue, and the free ward gives you better map awareness and more jungle control. Mercury Treads synergize excellently with Contaminated Soil, reducing CC by about 55% if used together. Aegis of the Legion is an awesome item, and the aura is great during teamfights. I like to build Randuin's Omen after that, which adds another slow to your arsenal, as well as more great tank stats. Games usually don't last much longer after this item, but feel free to buy whatever items you find suitable for the position you are in.
Remember to constantly buy wards. The one from Wriggle's active isn't enough. If you have money sitting around, Elixirs are great even early and mid game.
