You forget it stacks on assist? Soraka gets the more assist on average than any other champion.

you cant stack a majais soul stealer on a soraka it would take to long to kill with her.Soraka is mainly support leading her team with heal and mp boost.a fed up soraka is good but dont go over load with tanking cause you wont do that damage with starcall.Starcall is good for farming but infuse is better used for harrasing

Play style well stated. One of my roomy regularly plays a tanky soraka and always work quite well. Nice to know the wish/assist deal.

And if magic pen gets you so butt hurt grab a Void Staff instead of Abyssal Scepter.
This is a tanky soraka build, not a "IMA DPS UR FACE DOWN" build and I never claimed it to be.

wow. worst soraka guide ever. You lack the magic pen even from masteries to make your Q do anything, yet you mention it like it does mass dammage. You still arent very tanky with this build so you will die, you will just heal for less and do less Q dammage while you die, making your meijeis not worth it. You act like you are a tank so I'm sure you will run in like an idiot. You get clarity + clarity mastery so you can spam your heals, Q for magic resist down, and silence on enemies while also giving the other mana users in your team mana. Your runes with no mana regen item is ignorant.

Past level 5 infuse gives very little mana back and shud be used for silencing the enemy team and nothing else, I really hope to never meet you in game, especially as a soraka. Hurr durr CDR items and no CDR from masteries awesome hurr durr.
