Just the Build i use with Trynda. I get most times scores like 20/5/xx and i mainly use it at 3v3 but at 5v5 it works well too.
Thit is NOT a guide just my own build. Feel free to comment and pleas don't vote down without saying me why :D

EDIT: I WROTE IT WHEN I JUST STARTED PLAYING LoL AND IT ONLY TOOK ME 5 MIN SO DONT EVEN MENTION USING IT. THX

Situational Items

Other nice items after the core build (after Infinity Edge):

Black Cleaver: Nice Item if all or most of your enemies (not the tank) have one item for defense.

Last Whisper: If most of your enemies have more than 100 defense, also great item against tanks.

Madred's Bloodrazor: If u have a really hirh hp team as enemies (they need to have NO magic def, otherwise its useless)

Banshees Veil: If u really lack on hp and magic defense. Most times its useless if u use your ulti right.
