If your runes , masteries and items are fully to this build i guarentee that you will hit 1400 crit or more at lvl 18 ... But how ?? So write thees down : First of all when you finish the buil you should use the 2 potions at the same time to more damage enemies and with the active of ghostblade you can easly run away or backdoor. You can use it at 1 v 1 fights aswell. If you want to crit 1400 you shuold hit the enemy 8 times than the armor penetration will make the enemy weaker . You can easily kill tanks with this build because of the armor penetration but every fight you SHOULD use the ghost blades active or build wouldnt work ... GG EVERYONE
