Tryndamere The Barbarian King's Abilities
Battle Fury (Innate): Tryndamere receives 0.35% critical strike chance per Fury.
Ability Description Levelling up
Bloodlust (Passive): Permanently grants attack damage. Additionally, it grants bonus attack damage per 1% of health he is missing.
(Active): Tryndamere consumes all of his current fury, restoring health equal to a base amount plus extra health per fury consumed.
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Base Heal: 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 (+1.5 per ability power)
Extra Heal: 0.65 / 1.15 / 1.65 / 2.15 / 2.65 per 1 fury consumed
Mocking Shout (Active): Decreases surrounding champions' physical damage, and enemies with their backs turned also have their movement speed slowed. Lasts 4 seconds.

* Range 400
Damage Debuffed: 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100
Slow: 30 / 37.5 / 45 / 52.5 / 60%
Spinning Slash (Active): Tryndamere spins through his enemies, dealing physical damage to enemies in his path. The cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds whenever Tryndamere critically strikes.

* Spin radius: 225
* Cost: No Cost
Physical Damage: 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 / 190 (+1.0 per ability power) (+1.2 per bonus attack damage)
Undying Rage (Active): Tryndamere instantly receives fury and becomes immune to death for 5 seconds during which his health cannot go below 1 health. This move is usable even when stunned, silenced or suppressed.

Cooldown: 110 / 100 / 90 seconds
Fury Gained: 50 / 75 / 100 Fury
Having only crit damage % -runes gives you over 46% crit damage at the start of the game.
Full crit dmg% rune book will cost about 18.000 IP.
By chosing those masteries you get 10% crit damage, 2% crit chance, 4% attack speed and 4% physical damage.
With these items you get 80% critical chance, 85% attack speed, 375 attack damage and 25% life steal (if bloodthirster and sword of occult full stacked), and 50% critical damage.
This build is quite expensive:
Berserker's Greaves 920g
Sword of the Occult 1369g
Infinity Edge 3830g
The Bloodthirster 3000g
The Black Cleaver 2865g
Trinity Force 4070g
So you will get full build with 16054g (+1k gold if you want buy all potions)
If you get all I have told, you will have now almost 105% crit dmg, 82% crit chance, 89% attack speed and about 450 attack dmg.
And it means that over 8 of 10 of your hits crit and when they crit you make ~305% dmg of your attack dmg. With 500 attack dmg and it means ~1500 dmg per hit.
