How to play Trynd and Win
Early game, Tryndamere is not the super tank turret diver that he can become. With these runes and masteries, you get to start out with a healthy 30% crit chance, plus the 35% from his fury bonus. Nurture your young tank. Die as little as you can. Don't be afraid to run. Staying alive is the most important thing. With early leveling of his q ability, you will be able to get a good amount of health back so that you can get back into the fight. Ignite is useful and when it is on cooldown, you will gain 10 ap which is not need but does buff up your heal a bit.
A great combo when laning against a ranged champ 1v1 is the e then w combo. First you will spin towards them, then slow and reduce attack allowing for at least a few solid hits, causing them to need to recall. Make sure you have plenty of room before the enemy turret before doing this. Gank often. Feeding yourself and your team is always a necessity when going for a high cost build like this. Assists are GOOD ALSO! They still get you money and your slow can easily help your teammates in pursuit or if you get behind the enemy chaser, you can save your teammates life.
In this build you do not get any health or magic resist and very little armor so he has to rely on his ability to deal damage then life steal a good amount back. While critting for hundreds of damage each hit plus Madred's bonus can be very useful against tanks. Watch your health and while your ult is down, go jungle. He practically insta-kills neutral creeps. Endless Rage is your love and joy. Make sure you have bloodlust when you are about to run for a nice heal. He can farm like crazy and I suggest you do so, slaughtering entire minion waves in just a few seconds.
