I start out with the Dorans Blade, witch gives me alot of demage with my attack power runes. After i've got 1 or 2 kills I go back for the attack speed shoes.

When I've godt my shoes I start ganking in all 3 lanes (5v5) or if its 3v3 I'll go bot and start ganking. after I've got some more kills and reach lvl 9 I start jungle for a while to reach the money for the Phantom Dancer's I need. When I've got my Phantom Dancer's Im only ganking and jungling. and when I get money enough for any items that I need for my BloodThirster I'll go get it.

When I've got my next BloodThirster Im able to carry the whole team if anything goes wrong, so now its just time to go straight for all the kills that i can. After a while i have alot of money witch make me able to buy Infinity Egde in 2 parts. And after I've got my Infinity Egde my BloodThirster will be no problem.
