Hi , first i will talk about the Tryndamere. He's an cheap champion . I use that build in tryndamere , and i own all the time ... Tryndamere is an op champion in my opinion because he do a lot of dmg and if u know how to play with him u don't die .Bt you need to know how to ult in the correct time

Now i will talk about the runes ...
U can choose 2 tips of runes for him : Runes of Crit Chanc or Crit DamageI usually use the Crit Chance runes , because in the beggining its exellent . I start with the Brawler's Gloves , then in lv 1 i get 40% of Crit Chanc... If u don't kill with him in the beggining unistal the LoL :( .
So ... Why did u can choose the runes of Crit damage ? Because these runes are better then the others , but in the end of the game ...
Then u can choose : End Ownage or Beggining Ownage... Make your chooses

Next i will talk about the masteries ...
I use 21 of Offense and 9 of Utility ... But why?
21 of Offense to get an strong attack and 9 of utility to get the 15% of more time buff's like the Lizzard buff.

Now the items . The game choice : Win or loose
I use an itens of AS / AD / Critical Change and Dmg
I Usually put these itens in the normal matches but sometimes i change some items , like an AS for an Armor Pen
If the enemie team get a lot of tanks , build an Last Whisper , switch with one Phanton Dancer .
If the other team got a lot of stuns / exausths and debuffs u can buy an Quicksilver Slash , switching with the Yomumu Blade.
Well , all the game change the enimies , btw change the items too . U need to build your build for the game , but usually u will use mine build itens , or if u don't want to win don't use mine build :(

Skills ... I start with the E skill , because do DMG and u can run with that skill . My second skill is the Q because u heal yourself and more thinks... All the game u will put only Q when u can , when u can't put W , and if u can't put W put the E or the Ultimate... (Usually put the ultimate when u can , if u don't can put Q then W then E

Spells ... I Usually put Exausth + Cleanse , Exausthfor the escapes , kills and runnings ... U can put all u want but exausth more cleanse are the best options... And what about the exausth + Ghost? Hum this 2 are nices too fore trynda... Make your Choose but please DON'T PUT THESE SPELLS : Clarity , Rally and others ones ...

Trynda its an good farmer in my opinion because he will do 1000 dmg in 1 hit and will heal yourself :)

Tryndamere its really nice in the team works , because he went then slow and reduce the AD and AP ... He can be focused then he ult :) they will dmg the air for 6 secs. He can kill a lot , help a lot and get focused but don't dying :) . Really funny Champion
