Introduction
I'll go through each Item and tell you why I picked the item and how it helps Tryndamere.
Items
Brawler's Gloves are a good starting point for Tryndamere because they give his attacks added crits letting him deal more damage.
Health Potion x2
Health potions, imo, are a staple when first starting a match. They will help by not making you have to recall right away, thus losing experience and getting under leveled.
Avarice Blade
Upgrade your Brawler's Gloves to Avarice Blade to increase your crit rating and this will help you get gold quite quickly, which helps since this build is a little pricey.
Wriggles Lantern
First get cloth armor, since it's a bit cheaper, then build your way up to wriggles lanturn.
Wriggle's Lantern gives Tryndamere some extra damage, armor and life steal. Life steal is great because it's another way for Tryndamere to recover some lost health
Berserker's Grieves
Every champ needs a pair of boots for some added movement speed. I pick Berserker's Grieves because they give the movement speed PLUS some attack speed. These will help Tryndamere hit targets even faster.
Zeal
To help Tryndamere take down his targets faster, I give him zeal ( which will upgrade to a Phantom Dancer ). This item also gives Tryndamere some more movement speed and more crit dmage.
B.F. Sword
The B.F. Sword is fairly expensive, which is why I've included Avarice Blade, so make sure to do some extra farming.
The B.F. Sword gives 45 extra attack damage which will help Tryndamere hit his targets pretty hard!
Phantom Dancer
Upgrade your Zeal to a Phantom Dancer to give Tryndamere even more attack speed, crit and some more movement speed. This is really helpful when trying to chase down someone who is nearly dead.
Infinity Edge
Upgrade your B.F. Sword into an Infinity Edge.
Once you have this with Tryndamere you will destroy the target's health within seconds.
The added attack damage and crit stack up nicely with the other items in this build.
At this point you can consider Tryndamere's build to be complete, but if you want to deal even more damage continue with this build
The Bloodthirster
The Bloodthirster is always a nice extra for melee. It gives an epic amount of attack damage and gives you even more life steal. Additionally it gives you more attack damage and life steal as a passive.
The Black Cleaver
The Black Cleaver gives Tryndamere more attack damage and some added attack speed.
With this you can chase down just about any champ if you use Tryndamere's spinning slash.
Also the Black Cleaver will tear down your target's armor.
At This point you should sell your Wriggle's Lanturn & Avarice Blade
Phantom Dancer x2
Buy 2 more phantom dancers to increase Tryndamere's atk and movements speed and crit rate.
