Twisted Fate Build
Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
This is a Twisted Fate build based on physical damage and attackspeed.
I really like Twisted Fate this way, because he deals insane damage.
I hope this build is useful and I hope you guys like it.
Try the build first before you vote and comment!
21/0/9, pretty basic damage masteries.
I 9 points in Utility just because of the mana regeneration.
The 21 points in offence are for superior damage output.
Greater Mark of Malice +0.93% critical chance
Greater Seal of Alacrity +0.76% attack speed
Greater Glyph of Furor +0.56% critical damage
Greater Quintessence of Alacrity +3.4% attack speed
These runes provide just the more damage you need. The crit chance/damage plus the attackspeed is a devastating combo.
Ignite is really useful for finishing someone off. Notice that it deals TRUEdamage so armor and magic resist don't affect it's damage.
Flash One of my favorite spells, great for escaping and great for chasing.
It is great combination with your ultimate: someone recalls near the tower -> You use Destiny and you Gate to him -> you kill him and you Flash away.
Other good spells:
Passive: Second Sight - Twisted Fate and his allies receive an additional 2 gold per kill.
(Q)skill: Wild Cards - Twisted Fate throws three cards, dealing damage to each enemy unit they pass through.
Throws three cards which deal 60/110/160/210/260 (+0.65) magic damage to each enemy unit they pass through.
(W)skill: Pick A Card - Twisted Fate chooses a magic card from his deck, and uses that for his next attack, causing bonus effects.
Cast once to shuffle the deck and again to choose your card, enhancing your next attack.
Blue Card deals 40/60/80/100/120 (+0.4) bonus magic damage and restores the bonus damage in mana to Twisted Fate.
Red Card deals 40/60/80/100/120 (0.4+) bonus magic damage to units around the target and slows their movement speed by 30/35/40/45/50%.
Gold Card deals half the bonus magic damage of Red and Blue Cards (+0.4) and stuns for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.
(E)skill: Stacked Deck- Every 4 attacks, Twisted Fate deals bonus damage. In addition, his attack speed is increased and his cooldowns are decreased.
Passive: Every 4 attacks, Twisted Fate deals an additional 55/80/105/130/155 (+0.4) magic damage.
In addition, his attack speed is increased by 3/6/9/12/15% and his cooldowns are decreased by 3/6/9/12/15%.
(R)skill (Ultimate): Destiny - Twisted Fate predicts the fortunes of his foes, revealing all enemy champions and enabling the use of Gate.
Reveals all enemy champions (including stealthed champions) for 6/6/6 seconds.
While Destiny is active, Twisted Fate can teleport anywhere on the map.
Twisted Fate's passive makes it easy to get much gold by farming a lot of minions.
Pick a card is a great skill because of it's bonus effects, but you have to time when you choosee your card.
Wild cards is just not a really impressive skill, it has great range but that's it.
Stacked deck deals HUGE damage in combination with great attackspeed. One of your best skills.
Destiny enables Gate. Very useful in ganking: You just teleport to him and kill him :)
I start of with Vampiric scepter so i can stay in lane longer and get a overlevel. I buy Berserker Greeves as soon as possible, it gives attack speed and movement speed (which you'll need because Twisted Fate is really slow).
Next i buy sword of the occult becuse of the stack effect, but if it goes bad just buy a bloodthirster or infinity edge. Then i build the vampiric scepter in the Bloodthirster.
Next up is the Black Cleaver, which gives attackspeed, damage and armor reduction. Then i buy Phantom dancers because of the attack/movement speed and the critical chance. My final item is the Infinity Edge because of the damage, critical chance and critical damage.
I hope this build is useful and please only comment and vote when you used the build.
Thank you for reading and enjoy the game,
