Twisted Fate is a squishy champ at first but if follow this you could be a unstopable force.

Twisted Fate is one of the best choices for range with the choice to stun

Twisted Fate is squishy so lane with a melee/tank

Runes

Marks: if you do not care giving up a little bit attack speed you could go with greater Mark Of Disolation.
Glyphs: if you do not care giving up a little bit attack speed you could go with greater Glyph Of Warding.
I would keep the rest the same.

Summoner Spells/Abillitys

If you are new to this game replace Exhaust with Heal all others are almost a waste of a spell.

Abillitys are important so use the stun to let you and your partner get away or to kill them

Pros and cons

Pros:
* He is ranged letting you snipe people
* His ultamite allows you to tp

Cons:
* He is a ranged so he might need more XP than others so farm lanes and do not jungle
