where to start.. first off your killing yourself with the items your buying you could be alot better. first thing your going to buy is infinity edge. then phantom, bloodthirst x2 (if u want) then madred. also go with all crit runes. your first buy should be brawlers gloves. this alows you to start a game with 40% crit and puts you on your way to your first few key items. if you go this build end game you will have 100% crit. 100% attack speed. you will be doing over 50% life steal. at 500 damage a hit. now max attack speed is 2.5 a sec. so you can do. 1250 damage a sec regular attack. with 625 health coming back to you. where this really shines is when you pop you ult. if you can line up right you will attack 2 maybe 3 champions and alot of minions. see where im going with this? each attack is going to do 500 damage.say you hit 5 target.(that's conservatively.) thats 1250 life you have stolen back. in 1 attack. but wait, you get 2.5 attacks in 1 sec. so that's over 3000 health returned to you in 1 second. which is well over your max health. if your enemy are even still alive after a few hits use ES and they are done. also you take your stealth ability first lvl. most good players that see a twitch on the loading screen will buy a sit pot right off. and come get u early for an easy kill. its far better to take esponge first lvl. one you have attacked them a few times hit it and they will die. you cannot do this with your stealth. this almost doubles twitch's damage output at first lvl. and you can hide in the pushes like everyone else. your not going to get 20k gold quickly enough to be effective. thats over 30 champion kills and 200 minion kills.

@prophecy I usually only use that when I'm going for the kill, so It's not spammed much, making my mana not a big problem. But thanks for the advice, I'll keep it in mind. However, I too have been playing less and less twitch, due to the nerfs.

i played for months as twitch and i have to say your build isnt bad. now i stopped playing cause nerfs arent cool. have more viable champions to play... like eve.. yeah i love stealth.
i like your itens : AD and some AS, as some critics. your ult will kill a lot :)
a tip: debilitating poison at lvl 4 will ruin your mana. dont get that.
i usually get at lvl 7...
+1 for the : "Riot hates him. They hate him so much." yeah riot really hates twitch.

comments, questions, or critisism please! I've found that the top rated builds on the site seem to be somewhat lacking for twitch (building Timat = WTF?).
