Getting a warmogs this late in game isnt that beneficial but i understand that your trying to build towards survivability. Problem is if its your last item you will either be owning or it will be to late.
As for the seal of mana regen, It would be better to be a defensive seal as you should never have mana problems with twitch unless you are using him recklessly. I never run mana runes or masteries and i never have problems managing my mana. Try and play a little slower, Stack more poison before you expunge and dont waiste ambush all the time. Will make a huge difference
