I like this build but i buy bf sword then phantom dancer then infinity edge, just because my att speed is to slow :L

Last whisper got nerfed, so I don't purchase it anymore.. but Recurve Bow and other items do almost the same thing.
Overall, awesome build. A+

Life steal on twich is not worth the money, i think insteed of Executioner's Calling and Berserker's Greaves would i take Boots of Mobility and taimat. And all twich need is DMG if you buy infinity edge and all good DMG items will you 3 hit many heros. And you should not use exhaust and flash i think its better with Ingnite for ealry mid burst game = feed and cleans if you got slowed stuned OR exhousted.

i've been playing twitch for a little while now, and i find this build is extremely effective. i've been in positive kill ratios pretty much every game at level 19! a fed twitch with this build is unstoppable! the order i get my items are:
Vamp Scythe
Berserker's Greaves
B.F. Sword > Infinity Edge
Wit's End
Zeal > Phantom Dancer
Executioner's Calling
The Black Cleaver

Did pretty wel with it :D although the Infinity's Edge is a little hard to get at that early.

1st game went 16-1, 2nd went 15-2, 5th was 25-2 best so far...cant use runes and also ive used a slight very small merge of ur build and Diesels build. Works great. EDIT: best still 25-2 but ive started using Executioners, Malady, Berserker Greaves (really any boots work) 2 Phantoms, and an inf edge. with ambush or ur ult u get 2.5 atts a sec and quick 6 stacks of ur passive and malady along with 1 from executioners.

Excellent build 42-11-8 on the 3rd game with this build!
I'm only level 12, so i couldn't use runes though.
