@Masteries- Why have the magic penetration mastery? It isn't worth it over 3 attack damage really, The ignite mastery isn't all that worth it either because this is AD Shaco.
@Runes-Runes are good but what if someone doesn't have those runes? You should always have at least a backup rune set if the viewer does not have those runes.
@Items- You have enough for 2 Mana potions and a health potion or 2 health potions and a mana why not get that? It will help you stay in your lane long enough to profit off it majorly.
Frozen mallet? Why your E supplies you a slow so a passive has gone to waste, also It has very little damage, so it isn't worth it for the damage if you got it for the Health then it still is not worth it, there is plenty of better items out there than this, Trinity force gives a decent amount of health while also making you burst really high.
