Decent build overall. I think you might want to consider maxing Turtle Stance over Tiger Stance. (I never use Tiger Stance though, That's my opinion) The increased shield just makes it that much harder for you to kill. Also, As in boots. I'd consider getting Mercury Treads. Makes Udyr MUCH more mobile during teamfights. Also this build is laking Magic Resistance anyway.

You also might want to throw in some DPS items. Atma's Impaler might help your damage a bit. But, That's the actually only DPS item you have in this build. (Don't get a DPS item if this build was ment for tanking/offtanking only)

So, that's my suggestions. Other then those small issues this is a good build.

PS - I also forgot to mention. When you get the time you should put how you play Udyr in the Build Description. (Laning or Jungling). Not alot of people may not play like you cuase most Udyr's jungle. And you said you didn't I think. So, you play alot different then other Udyr's and might need to share how you play him to give other people help on how this build's playstyle is. Making it easy to understand it.

Udyr's laneing does not suck :)
He's great support,or lane holder if needed to stand solo vs 2 enemies. That's exactly because of turtle shield and bear stance.

I havent tried your way of building,but everybody do the same mistake.
DO NOT BUY BOOTS AS YOUR FIRST ITEM!
Only katarina has the exception,because she need speed after shunpo.
You on the other hand should buy vampiric scepter or dorans item for survivabilty.
Boots are worthless. Speed wont help you if you go for first blood,because you'll die having low hp/low dmg.
Forget about boots. Never buy them. I recommend you to build Sunfire cape first,and then buy boots. If you didnt get Dorans blade/shield.
Dorans -> Ninja Tabi ->sunfire
HP crystal ->catalyst the protector -> Ninja Tabi -> Banshees Veil and so on.
That would be the way i would go :))

Hmm thx for the tip. But i suck at jungling, so i managed to lane fair enough :P

If your goin for off-tank DPS then pheonix>Turtle, TBH with enough armor/MR whihc this build provides, you should have enough to make level 3 turtle sufice. The extra damage from Pheonix along with Sunfire capes is insane.

Also, you should always be jungling with Udyr as his laning is horrible so I'd recommend getting Madred's first, with Leviathan.
