Tips and Tricks
Despite what everyone is always preaching about jungling in phoenix stance, I prefer to jungle starting in Tiger Stance and max it first followed by Phoenix and turtle. When starting your Ancient Golem buff, have Tiger Stance ready as its on activation ability takes the golem down quite fast. After taking blue you should be at level 2 and thus able to pick up a new ability. Depending on how your lanes are going (if they're pushed or if they just need to take down an enemy's health a little bit) you can either pick up bear stance and gank mid/bot lane (where the squishies are), or pick up turtle/phoenix stance and continue clearing your jungle. If you are playing an aggressive Udyr, you must gank early and you must be cautious of counter junglers. In short, your early game counts big time.
Just keep in mind, communication and awareness to and of the team is crucial as a jungler. I recommend using voice chat programs such as Skype, TeamSpeak 3 or Ventrillo to communicate with team mates as it comes in handy in your early game (in terms of ganks and what not) and mid-late game where teamwork is essential in winning the game.
