to be honest. akali needs her kills early game. Its extremely easy to do so as you do about 1.2k dmg in burst without any ap with full combos. This is just something you have to learn as you play akali. Heck, I hate playing akali late game. All you do is like clean up, and you mess up team fights because it becomes like 4.5v5.
