Do you upgrade your jungle item in this build or do you just build immediately into your normal items? If you do upgrade do you go or and what enchantment do you use? If not, what item do you build into after your early items?

I'd go right into the tiamat > duskblade rush. The jungle item is supposed to give you early stats so you're not that weaker than laners and since i farm well and maintain control, i don't need it, and can rush into more important items immediately. However, if you're looking to gank a lot i'd recommend that you just buy and sit on it, smiting champions on gank and immediately go for .

Fair enough

I think the build needs a little more attack speed in it, like maybe a BORK since you are in the jungle after all.

Or you just need go like LL Stylish and take Phantom Dancer, more MS, more AS and you get crit, so win, win, win, plus crits are a curse to tanks, they fear it like the devil fears a cross.

you can also go stormrazor for the 100% first crit attack, even more burst, but i think this is kinda expansive, and should replaced with duskblade and buying youmus or cleaver depending on the team lineup
