NCC is a much better choice, it mobs, and its damage over timed.
NCC also makes a great finisher, let the mobs hit them till half life,
stop attacking, let the target come to you, shoot NCC right behind and spam hunter,
Bam. first blood.
Frozen Heart: 25% CDR
Yomuus Ghostblade: 15% CDR
-> makes 40% CDR which is CAP.
So, he wastes 9 glyphes and 4 points in "sorcery" that will have absolutely no effect, once the item build is completed. Fail, to my opinion.
Just because it bugs you doesnt mean its bad i bet you didnt even try it so your mis judging the build iv been looking at all the other builds and this is the only that doesnt just stack damage
my build has mana, mana regen, damage, health and armor what more could you do honestly all the others build are just obvious just stack B.F swords and you win.... yeah thats not the case
Sure mine isnt perfect but its better if you think about it my build is more durable and you still get tons of kills
Read what I said. I said I downrated it because you renamed your build and added "PERFECT BUILD". That's dumb, and I will downgrade you even if Riot said your build wins.
...Putting "perfect build" annoys the hell out of me. It's close to what I build with him, but renaming it that is stupid. Thumbs down.

idk maybe you copied mine when i got on i just noticed that urgot was available now so i made a build right away before i even looked at others
