Prefrences and use
I prefer a Soraka, Leona, or Alistar support for heals or disables.
I generally harrass by charging Q to it's fullest and hitting the enemy AD Carry widdling him down enough for a gank or a support disable. I'm very good at landing my Q so if we can get their health low enough I can take them out.
I'm averaging 80% on last hitting minions as long as we don't get zoned (denied if you don't know what zoning is) so I keep a nice even/lead on cs against other ad carries.
