You've got a good layout and I see potential in this guide, so +1. Fix up some of your sections, the items one still says "explain your choice here". Your guide is also a bit brief, try to expand on laning, teamfighting, etc.

nice build, but personally I would change banshees with guardians angel. Although sometimes the passive is useless and can be very very effective sometimes late game. Nice build overall thought, that is the only thing I would even consider changing haha.
