Sorry bro, but u haven't got any survival whatsoever till verylategame, and ur items are quite expensive. Try switching out your TBC, and PD out with 1 youmuus, since vayne is considered a burster, youmuus will do plenty. This will save u 4k gold, and get u 2 endgame(ur survivability) much sooner. Maybe try putting some survival into mid game.
