Who I am.

I am zarsie (as I am known in-game). I am an avid user of characters such as Ashe, MF, and Tristana. When Vayne first came out I was super excited, a ranged carry with invisabilty, a stun, movement speed, and best off all TRUE DAMAGE. I was not let down but there was one thing that bothered me, her squishiness. So I came up with this build which is

CHEAP
QUICK
EFFECTIVE

This is my Vayne.

So what is this Vayne capable of?

Pros
-High hp (well higher then other vaynes and squishies)
-Higher armor (Enough to tank turrents and some DPS)
-Good Ganks
-Solo and premade friendly
-Take down ANYONE

Cons
-You rely on the mix of true damage and wits end for damage
-if you can't get three hits you wont do anything

This rune build flows well with the item build, with these ruins you can tank a tower so easily it's just DUMB

Explanation of item flow.

This is the most important thing to read when looking into this build. I will explain the items step-by-step.

Cheap.
Here are the item costs.
-Wit's end 2000g
-Omen 3075g
-Wriggles 1600g
-Mobility 1000g
(Yes I don't count the HoG as it makes you some good money)
Together this is all ONLY 7675g, that's my normal making in gold per game and that is for your ENTIRE build.

Quick
This is the point of your build, using TRUE DAMAGE as your main source of damage. The faster you can get those three silver rings of death on your opponent the BETTER, wit's end here gives us some good ASPD. This is really all you need to do well, now remember you aren't the 1v1 GOD but you can easily finish or engage in a gank as an assassin is intended to.

Effective
So how does this work? WELL. This build will guarantee you a high K/D as you will almost never die, using your ult and Q successfully to dodge ganks and skill shots is really all you need, remember if you see an ANNIE coming for you she is most likely going to use Tibbers, so Q to her right as most people will think you will go left.

IE just isn't necessary remember this build is about survivabilty and true damage

Second because you are an assassin, this is for changing lanes quickly and ganking, trust me it will help you get alot of kills.
