Hey guys, this is my first build on mobafire. Vayne is ranged dps champion which can do a lot of damage in few secs, she have very bog burst damage and can knock back and stun it's very useful when you go 1v1.

I love to take a lot of atack speed because it's very good in early game ofcourse you can pick atack damage runes but I don't like it that much. Always be sure that you are going to mid because vayne in lanes isn't that good.

All masteries is on damage because vayne need early game power, 9 defence masteries is very useful because you have more dodge chance and when you dodge your movement speed will be bigger and whit all items and if you are near enemy champion you will have 500 movement speed :).

Dorans blade is very useful in early game because it give's 100hp 10att dmg and 3% lifesteal, and when you have 1k gold back to your base and buy boots of switfness then you can start ganking and make easy money. in early game when you have all these items whit tumble you can hit 1,2k~ dmg and is it not enough sell swiftness boots and buy another phantom dancer then you will have a lot of atack speed, movement speed and 100% crt chance whit infinity edge it makes A LOT OF DAMAGE IN FEW SECS :).

I always make first tumble because whit it you can scare enemy champions in mid then they will not get exp. Q and W skills is best on vayne E skill is just for run away or stun enemy. make sure that you always have ulti when you go 1v1 because whit tumble it makes you stealth for 1,5sec its very useful in 1v1.

I like exhaust and flash whit flash you can run away or kill enemy under turret, exhaus tis best in 1v1. You can pick ignite its good to, but always pick flash, flash is best summoner spell on vayne.
You can pick ghost and flash
Ignite and flash
Heal and flash
Other spells isn't good for me.

Always make sure that you are going mid and always start ganking at lvl 6 and if it good played you will do huge damage :).

Pros:
She make huge damage
She can run away easy when ganked
She can help teammates to run away whit E skill
Cons:
She is pretty squise in early game
If in other team is warwick he can kill you easy
If she dont have early game items (trinity force, boots and dorans) she make very low damage
