Vayne is an outstanding carry with awesome dmg, chasing abilities, even with stealth.
If you like AD carries than this choice is for u for 100% sure.

For runes i take red armpen, dont think there is a better choice.
Glyph's for magic resist, gives u good survivability at start vs hard ap, per lvl mres are also an a great choice (i play 3v3 more often than 5v5, so i need that magic resist at start).
For yellows i go for atk dmg, coz that is just awesome to have a lot of dmg at the early game + the % dmg from her 1st skill, its just sick. atk. speed runes r also a good choice.
For quints i take ad dmg, the reason is the same az above ^^. Arm pen is great also.

With this rune set u will have 77 ad at lvl 1 (with doran's blade) and add ur 1st skill % to that, sick right?

15/0/15 like it coz of flash cdr, 2% move speed (after the nerf her passive not x4 anymore which is sad) and 30% buff duration.
Also u can go 21/0/9, but 4% of dmg increase, well with her dmg in total in mid-late game, this is not the bonus u want.

Starts with doran's blade, than on first back buy 2nd doran's blade or and boots, after that, if u have enough gold for b.f. sword buy it if not go for zeal, start the starks fervor, finish ur cleaver and go for last whispere, or if the team dont have hard armor champs, skip it and make infinity.

i go for Exhaust and flash, but ghost r also a solid choice i just likes flash better, dont think exhaust should be replaced with smthing.

About the skills, az u can see i max condemn first, not tumble like most do. Here is why:
it gives u faster cdr with lvl, more dmg, and i guess this 1 is more important in team fights than tumble (yes on lvl 1 tumble got high cd but not that high az condemn) in early game.

Its better for u to go for solo lane, but take duo is ok az well. Harass ur enemy, last hit creeos, watch for ganks, place wards (its important), dont raly on ur team (if u play solo queue). Take red buff az much az possible.
