You can see that this build is not so hard to make it the problem is mejai's you must make it after boots and try to full it up with stacks without die. The other important thing is your first skill as many know you gain 1 ability power on minion kill with her. On very start buy mana regen and try get as many minions you can with first skill so then the game will be different from here on this build ability power is not so much but look at magic penetration 99.35 that mean if your ult make 1000 dmg imagine you hit some1 with 40-50 magic resist :)) Sometimes i manage to make him 1000 ap + but i never had so much magic penetration so if some1 can try it pls try it i rly think it will be something awesome.
