I have no idea what to write more about this guide thingy thing. Play havefun own them get full stacks on Mejai's and REMEMBER try to kill the creeps with ur Baleful strike. Gives u hell of alot AP. I usually get around 1k-1,2k with all items :)(I add an extra Rabadon's instead of the Void staff.) Vote UP if u like me <3

Summoner Spells

I use Ghost and Flash for Veigar, he is a squishy champ early so its always good to have flash for "panic run away". For late game it's awesome to have flash and ghost to chace the enemy champs and get the final push over! Thats it, I love you ;*<3

Runes

Greater Mark of Insight - For the Magic/pen.
Greater Seal of Replenishment - For the early game mana regen, that u will notice is low specialle when you use your "Q" spell for AP farm.
Greater Glyph of Potency - So it's easier for an early gank/farm/harass.
Greater Quintessence of Potency - Same as Glyph.
