hi this is my first guide guys. i hope you like it. if you are pro with veigar take mejai. but if you don't pro dont take and change with archangel staff. always make q farm! never miss!!! if your game is late you carry the game and make awesome assists.

-low health
-weak against cc mid heros (like cass)
-if you miss E skill against gank and used before your flash you can die easily

+very powerful in late game!!!
+easy q farm
+very important champion in team fights.
+good pusher.
+absolutely a hunter !!! (you can catch easily your enemies)

important!!!---this runes is wrong. the true ones are;
greater mark of insight x 9
greater seal of potency x 9
greater glyph of insight x 9
greater quintessence of potency x 3
----so you gain +15 magic pen. and +20 AP.
