Hello

I played Veigar since level i first had 3150 IP and i find him OP. I'd hate to play against myself.

However i can't seem to find a similar strategy guide for veigar as the one i use in every single game

This is probably the single most important thing about this guide.

First off make SURE you go mid, this is required to become so OP that you will one shot (Well one combo..) even sturdiest tank throughout the entire game.

Level 1 to 4
This is the slow levels. You will farm your AP with Baleful Strike (Q)
(This is achieved by using your baleful as soon as it is ready on minions with low HP in order to get the kill with the skill, gives +1 AP permanently on minions)

Level 5
You will temporarily stop using baleful on minions, but instead focusing on your laning opponent. You will have amassed abit of AP from kills and your runes adds some more, making an actually quite high amount for the level. You will hurt him. Drop him at 40% hp or so.

Level 6
As soon as you get level 6 you get ultimate, pop clarity, and go take your first kill, with hes low HP you cant fail. Read the skill sequence part for a foolproof way to do this.
Keep farming AP afterwards and harass the opponent whenever possible. save your ulti for when you think you can kill. only harass with baleful, i don't like to use dark matter for it, because its mana costly and if you overuse it he will expect it every time. better save it for a critical moment, and he won't be so prepared.

Keep mid till level 10 or so, then go farm kills whenever your ultimate is ready. However NEVER stop farming AP with your Q

If you succeed this start, your veigar will be OP and quickly super fed.

Start off with a Meki Pendant - Added mana regen to sustain your AP farming early game.

Once you have 1100 gold, go back for your sorcerers shoes.

Once you have 1600 gold, go back for your needlessly large rod. Now i find it important to grab this item first for rabadon's as the huge increase in AP will surprise your opponents, which can allow you an easy kill!

thereafter its straightforward. Getting a Tear of the Goddess early may help in order to start farming the extra mana early.

Now i chose to make an entire chapter for this godly item.
This is your second ultimate skill. The item that will let you melt their tanks away.
3.5% extra hp taken away per 100AP!! as you often reach 900AP at endgame, that is 31.5% + 35% 66,5% free remaining HP taken away in a single blow ! Use this just before dark matter lands for full effect.
