great coments on how to play

Nice first guide, mine looks alot like this and im looking to improve it. The issue with a lvl 1 Power Transfer is that a high damage attack like Graves' Buckshot or simply a nuke from Lee Sin makes the shield not too effective. Viktor does get decent armor as he levels up, but just try to keep them from getting those hits on you with the laser. Oh and just one last thing, the repeated trolololol was not really needed, because you have 3 different builds set up

Short, no images...you had to type "trololol" at the end an extensive amount in order to meet the "complete guide" requirement.

You did not read the guide. Mobafire has not added Hex Cores to the item list yet.
And, the masteries, I am changing very soon.

You have two basic boots in your build, you never upgrade your hex core, and you have AS/ARP in your masteries... Very confused by this.

im very confused why you have the attack speed and armor pen in your masteries.
