Everything looks good! Nice runes, masteries, item builds, summoner spells & the information is good. I score you a 7.5, +1 from me!

Nice build in general, I happen to build him the exact sameway but a fun item to pick up before rabadons (8-10) is Eleisas Miracle. Mainly because you don't have to bother your jungled for blue buff and have much more lane sustain(ish) it's a really good item if your either winning or losing your lane and its pretty cheap.

I agree that would be cool if it could be consumed. It's like a free scaling ability power glyph.

I always get the impression that if his Core could become consumed like , then he'd become ****ing OP.

Don't forget also mention in con's that he has one less slot for items due to the augments but show the pro side of it by showing how it gives ability power per level.

Also talk about you situatinal items. I really think Rylai's is a core item on viktor really if you think about it keeps them in the storm.
