OTG Really? after all the grief you gave me about death ray being of less value than power transfer, then you word for word say the same thing about death ray as me. not cool.

Well until level 6 he can still outpoke Kog. After that I'd just go ham on the stupid bug.

Yo I thought it would be worth mentioning AP Kogmaw cleanly outranges everyone even Viktor (well excluding global ults) with his R which has a max range of 2200 compared with Viktors ~1000 to ~1100 maximum range.
Also Kog'Maws cool down is either 1 second to cast again or 6.5 seconds to cast again for only 40 mana so is a legitimate poke rather than a global cooldown like Lux or Karthus Etc.

Just thought I would mention it as you should probably include it where it says:

"Viktor can poke any champion (except Xerath, maybe) with Death Ray safely. Combined with Augment: Death, it is also one of the best farming abilities in the game, and makes Viktor a very quick pusher."

To include Kog'Maw to say something like.

"Viktor can poke any champion (except Kog'maw or maybe Xerath) with Death Ray safely. Combined with Augment: Death, it is also one of the best farming abilities in the game, and makes Viktor a very quick pusher."
