I love spirit visage for the cd reduction! Lets you spam transfusion like every 3 seconds! Plus the health benefit whilst u are under ur pool increases so its really good for my playstyle. Its upto u i guess :)

Ok first of all, If you're even thinking of getting through a round with high AP, then you should probably get a zhonyas early. Spirit visage barely helps early game and hextech is only an option if you're your thinking of laning for the entire game. Over all you should reconsider all of this.
