Good build overall. The explanations are good and the pictures are nice. However, I must complain about the Morello's Evil Tome...I understand that your main focus is to lower your cooldowns so that you can spam Transfusion, but the mana regen just seems...ehh. Try to find a replacement for that is my suggestion.
But I still think that this build is good. Keep it up. You might get a +1 from me when its finished.
Indeed I dont feel comfortable with it too, usually this is the item that I replace with some defensive situational ones... :P it's still under construction so it's gonna get better! :D go go vote :D
