Introduction

Welcome to my build of Vladimir The Crimson Reaper. On this guide i will show you my build of Vladimir

Runes

Mark runes have to be [greater mark insight] for magic penetration because of boots.

Seal runes have to be [greater seal of vigor] x9 for health regeneration but if you don't use so much skills on low levels except [transfusion] this runes will be useless so you can set other runes like [greater seal of fortitude] .

Glyph runes have to be [greater glyph of insight] for magic penetration

Quintessence runes have to be [greater quintessence of insight] for magic penetration

At last your bonuses will be:
1. Magic penetration : 19.35
2. Health regeneration : 3.87 / Health points : 48.15

Masteries

I play with masteries 21/0/9 because they give good bonuses on low levels (CoolDown , Magic Penetration , Ability points and Spell Vamp.)

So upgrade your ability masteries on Offense + [havoc] because this increase your damage with 1.5%

Items

So... Why CoolDown?
Now i will say why cd :)
I buy cd items on Vladimir because his skills doesn't cd enough for me for battle 1vs1 and to be more stable i buy cooldown
One other important items for me and for all players of Vladimir is [hexteck revolver] or [will of the ancients] because of spell vamp. (his skills use your hp :))

That is for items no need to explain what to buy because ...

Skill Sequence

I start with Q skill because it deals high damage and heal me so i upgrade it first after that i upgrade E skill for damage but i use it rare if i don't have spell vamp. But when i buy spell vamp. i start to use it a lot because it deals damage on all enemy targets near you. I upgrade W skill only one time and i didn't use it because it waste too much health and i use it only if i have to escape from skills.
What about your ultimate? I upgrade it when i can but i use it rare because i always forgot about this skill :D but you have to use it in team fights or when somebody on low hp try to escape from you.

So i didn't explain about summoner spells because all players are playing with different summoner skills so this skills are your choice.
