hmmm if you want cooldown's that badly to include a Nashor's Tooth then why not Ionian Boots of Lucidity? not to mention the lack of a Void Staff which is seriously going to hurt your late-game abilities. but in my opinion the biggest problem is the timing of that Rabadon's Deathcap which is seriously late in the build and the most important Vladimir item!!!

cool down reduction is capped at 40% you currently have 55% with this build. i would suggest maybe looking at replacing nashers with something like spirit visage. or just replacing it with an ap item and running with just 30% cdr. not bad otherwise.

however... not capping transfusion by level 9 is not a good idea.

Underrated guide,loved the music.

Should have went with "Bloody Pleasures" by Blutengel. If you want blood obsessed music, you're looking in the wrong place. Watch their Nachtbringer and Reich Mir Die Hand videos. :)

some pictures would make it much more attractive but overall a nice guide.
the nashor's tooth is an interesting item to get on vlad, never thought of it
but vlad needs cooldown more than any champ, i'll have to try getting it.
