This is my build for Vladimir. this is a very good first kill build, you would have 50 AP at the start of the game, make sure to keep using transfusion on the chap ion you are in lane against only to swoop and and steal a big chunk of there health. Buying everything in order how it is shown makes vlad a very powerful AP hero mid game. when you end up buying everything in order he is also a damage soaker and is nearly impossible to kill at end game.

the key to a successful Vladimir is to make sure that he is in a solo lane and to zone out the other champions or champion that you are against you. make sure you are not afraid to stand in his minion waves going back and forth trying to scare him with transfusion. in any case you should die, that is were Teleport comes in handy. the ability to jump right back into the lane if you die is a great combo against the other champion. if you keep zoning him away from his experience, in no time will you be passed there level.

Now sure Vladimir has a very slow cooldown on transfusion beginning game, that doesn't make a difference. to keep them at bay make sure to swoop in and out using your transfusion, lowering there health and giving you some back. now after you hit level 6 this is the chance to kill there. if you see a point that they are really close to your tower or even death use your dash spell to charge them, make sure your in range of sanguine pool and pop back up right under them. when you pop back up use your tides of blood then transfusion. If this isn't enough to kill them, finish them off with you Hemoplague and this is a sure kill early game. going back to the harassing part, when Vlad hits level nine make your transfusion has a very short cooldown. just make sure you do the same thing going back and forth to lower there health and repeating the process the with pool, tides of blood, transfusion, and finishing them off with your ULT.

i chose the items in this reason because having a large amount of AB early game is really helpful to kill other champions. with all 6 key items Vlad has 68.55% magic penetration and averaging up to 800 AB as long as you place smart and to keep your stacks high. end game when you come close to getting every single item you'll notice that vlad as a decent amount of armor and health making this build really well rounded for high damage output and the ability to soak some damage.
